When Carol first entered the industry, she saw how overwhelming Medicare could feel for seniors — and how many agents were focused more on sales than on service. She built her business differently: leading with education, empathy, and genuine care.

As she grew, she realized there were other women who wanted the same opportunity — to build a business, support their families, and serve their communities. That’s how Medicare Moms was born: a place for women to get the training, mentorship, and support they needed to thrive.
